Feel like a fraud, a fake or a phoney?

Feel like a fraud, a fake or a phoney?

Like someone is about to stick their big long wart-covered finger in your face and say: "Ha! We knew all along you've been faking it, you're actually really shit, and now you are BUSTED!"

Don't worry you're not alone, it's so ridiculously common mindset issue and it's even got a name: IMPOSTER SYNDROME.

Reflects a belief that you’re not good enough and incompetent failure despite evidence that indicates you’re skilled, quite successful, and really goddam good at what you do! Basically, it's setting the bar really really high so that it's probably impossible to ever get there!

Does this sound familiar?

I've worked with clients who are the BEST, like absolutely crushing it and yet this annoying IMPOSTER SYNDROME creeps into the room and keeps them stuck and playing small.

One for the Harry Potter fans, even Emma Watson says “Now when I receive recognition for my acting, I feel incredibly uncomfortable. I tend to turn in on myself. I feel like an imposter.”

What can we do?

Take today as your heads up to start owning your greatness and embracing your capabilities:

1) Start a brag book with all the amazing feedback, texts, emails from clients or customers.

2) Start a daily reflection journal: 3 things I'm proud of today.

3) Focus on your impact and how you serving your clients and customers is #gamechanging!

You're freaking awesome, and guess what, there's only one of you around!
