Let me guess? You feel guilty for taking time out for yourself? Resting is “lazy” and there is lots of shit that needs to be done right? I mean the to-do list feels never-freaking-ending but then you feel exhausted and have no energy left to do the things you love.

I’m making it easy-peasy to show yo-self a bit of sweet sweet lovin’ cos I know it can be hard but we all know that pouring from an empty cup sucks. Choose something from your Soul Shine menu at least once a day and serve it up with a dollop of self-love and skip the guilt! I’m all about the naps + baths! Ask yourself what would feel most nourishing/cup-filling for me to do right now?
